We start with a clear discussion to
understand your needs, goals, and
project requirements including
deadlines.
2/Portfolio Review
You will review my portfolio to build
trust and ensure my style meets
your expectations. This confirms
alignment before any invoice is
issued. Feedback is valued, but if
there’s no response within 2 days
(blue tick), it will be presumed
you’re no longer interested.
3/Invoice Delivery
Once the project scope and budget
are aligned, an invoice will be issued.
A deposit is required to start, which
serves to reserve my time. Final raw
files without watermark will ONLY
be released after full payment has
been made.
4/Two revisions
Projects ≥ RM100 (individual or company) include 2 revisions upon request (advisable).
Projects < RM100 include no revisions.
Extra revisions: RM25–RM50 each.
An Add-On Invoice will be issued if revisions exceed the limit. Minor adjustments may sometimes be considered free of charge. The client MUST read the T&S, and if anything happens during the process, please refer to Item 6.
5/Delivery of projects
Drafts and previews are delivered
with watermark until full payment
is made. If the client wishes to
showcase the images or project to
their own client, they may choose
to settle the final payment early.
Final raw files without watermark
will then be provided. Delivery
methods may vary based on
client's preferences
6/Final payment
Final payment completes the
project. Only then will the final
raw files without watermark be
delivered.
If an Add-On Invoice is issued,
the client may either revoke the
contract, accept the last preview
as final, or receive the final raw

TERMS OF SERVICE (MUST READ)
1/Briefing & Survey
We start with a clear discussion to
understand your needs, goals, and
project requirements including
deadlines.
2/Portfolio Review
You will review my portfolio to build
trust and ensure my style meets
your expectations. This confirms
alignment before any invoice is
issued. Feedback is valued, but if
there’s no response within 2 days
(blue tick), it will be presumed
you’re no longer interested.
3/Invoice Delivery
Once the project scope and budget
are aligned, an invoice will be issued.
A deposit is required to start, which
serves to reserve my time. Final raw
files without watermark will ONLY
be released after full payment has
been made.
4/Two revisions
Projects ≥ RM100 (individual or company) include 2 revisions upon request (advisable).
Projects < RM100 include no revisions.
Extra revisions: RM25–RM50 each.
An Add-On Invoice will be issued if revisions exceed the limit. Minor adjustments may sometimes be considered free of charge. The client MUST read the T&S, and if anything happens during the process, please refer to Item 6.
5/Delivery of projects
Drafts and previews are delivered
with watermark until full payment
is made. If the client wishes to
showcase the images or project to
their own client, they may choose
to settle the final payment early.
Final raw files without watermark
will then be provided. Delivery
methods may vary based on
client's preferences
6/Final payment
Final payment completes the
project. Only then will the final
raw files without watermark be
delivered.
If an Add-On Invoice is issued,
the client may either revoke the
contract, accept the last preview
as final, or receive the final raw
